Roberto
Innaimi
30 years solving technical problems that others consider impossible. From industrial automation projects managing 550 fan coils to founding A Todo Sol, one of Spain's leading photovoltaic companies.
Code, electricity, business and people — all at once.
Network engineer with Cisco's top three certifications — CCNA, CCNP and CCIE — trained in Milan, based in Alicante. MBA with honors from ThePower Business School.
Beyond running A Todo Sol as founder and managing director, I keep working as a senior consultant on industrial automation projects, IT audits, custom development and complex project management for companies that need someone who actually knows how to solve the hard stuff.
Senior technical consulting for companies that need more than a PowerPoint.
Strategic IT consulting and complex project management
For projects where what usually fails isn't the code, but the coordination.
I manage large-scale technology projects end-to-end: analysis, architecture, team, deadlines and full accountability. 30 years working with technical people, executives and end clients without losing anyone along the way.
Custom software and process automation
When your operations are eaten up by Excel and repetitive manual work.
I build specific solutions — web apps, backends, scripts, integrations — that eliminate redundant work and put data where it needs to be. I don't force your company into a SaaS: I build exactly what you need.
Advanced home and industrial automation
Projects others reject as too complex.
From homes with hundreds of KNX points to industrial installations with real-time climate, lighting and consumption control. I've led projects with 550 fan coils managed from a single interface, and agricultural systems with automatic irrigation, temperature and humidity control. I work with KNX, Shelly, open-source stacks, and custom code when the market doesn't have what you need.
IT and security audits
Know what you have, what you shouldn't, and where you're exposed.
Full technical review of your infrastructure with both executive and technical reports. Former Cisco CCIE with current focus on applied security, zero-downtime migrations and risk-prioritized remediation.
A selection of real projects where the difference between possible and impossible was, essentially, deciding to try.
A Todo Sol — Founder and managing director
Photovoltaic company built from scratch. Today one of Spain's national leaders: +954 installations, 4.9★ Trustpilot rating, in-house team with no subcontractors, nationwide coverage and 7-day service. Beyond executive direction, I designed the entire internal operation: management system, analytics dashboard, interactive solar savings calculator, and full sales flow automation.
Military base in Madrid — Industrial automation with 550 fan coils
Advanced automation project managing 550 fan coils with Airzone powered by renewable energy and solar surplus. Entirely in-house solution, no third parties, no off-the-shelf products. Integrated with the base's electrical infrastructure with real-time monitoring. One of the largest automation projects ever executed in the sector in Spain.
Agricultural farm in the Murcia mountains — Off-grid + automation
Off-grid agricultural farm with no electrical grid. Design and installation of a 36 kW off-grid photovoltaic system plus full automation: irrigation control, greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring, remote telemetry. The system completely replaced diesel generators that cost €24,000/year in fuel.
On the word “impossible”
When someone says something is impossible, they usually mean nobody in that room knows how to do it. I started at 8 years old, breaking machines to understand how they worked inside. Thirty years later I'm still doing the same — except now I get paid for it.
My conviction: the consultant hiding behind a PowerPoint doesn't understand the problem. The consultant who's never touched an electrical panel but has opinions about your infrastructure doesn't know what they're talking about. I write code, I lead people, I run a company with +954 installations under its belt, I pull cable when I have to, and I deal directly with clients every day.
I don't have fixed rates. I have capacity and a philosophy: your success is my real satisfaction. Let's talk with no strings attached and decide if it makes sense to work together.
“We asked six installers for quotes. Roberto was the only one who came to actually measure our consumption, inspected the electrical panel, and explained why batteries didn't make sense for us. Flawless installation and savings exactly as promised.”
“No engineer was giving us a solution. They all said we had to pay the contracted-power upgrade (€70k). Roberto came in, analyzed the consumption curves and designed a battery system that solves it without touching the electrical contract. Payback in 3 years. Zero drama.”
“We'd been paying €24,000 a year in diesel for the generators. Nobody told us we could switch to off-grid solar because nobody had done it on a farm like ours. Roberto not only did it — he also automated the irrigation and greenhouses. We've stopped buying diesel entirely.”
