What I collect
Only via the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), subject, call preference and message. There is no user registration or private area on this site.
Why I use it
To read your message, answer personally and, if relevant, prepare a proposal or call. I do not sell lists, run automated profiling or use your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and my legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f).
Retention
Messages are emailed to my personal inbox. I keep what is needed to handle the enquiry and a reasonable follow-up window. Contact API logs rotate and do not store full message bodies long-term.
Processors and transfers
- Hosting and email for the form on servers in Spain / the EU via providers I work with.
- Google Fonts — fonts load from Google; Google may log connection IPs under its own policy.
I do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party CRMs on robertoinnaimi.com.
